Vidalista Black 80 includes tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor that is intended to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual activity. However, 80 mg is more than the usually suggested tadalafil dose for ED, therefore it should not be used without medical supervision. Safety is determined by an individual’s health, other medications, and proper dose.
