Build and lead the project management offices in Abu Dhabi.1.5 million € per year
Coordination between clients based in UAE and factories located in France or UK to assure the project completion on time, on budget to match the ADNOC / ADMA requirements and improve COMECA customer satisfaction.
Identify, analyze risks and provide strategies to reduce potential impact
Initiate, plan the project execution: cost monitoring, planning rectification
Drive the Kick Off Meetings and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
Procurement activities: Review RFQ, analyze and approved incoming Purchase Orders
Financial management by setting cash flow, cost control and launch invoices
Implement procedures between different departments to improve overall efficiency.
Manage local resources as Field engineers or electrical equipment between the different site activities. Perform installations, modifications, commissioning and after sales.
Quality Management: provide and implement an action plan in coordination with different technical entity to answer Non Conformity Reports and define the Roots Cause Analysis.

Full Time
Manage and supervise several projects SERGI systems for Middle East and Asia.
Leading internal and external resources. Go through all V-model activities like design, production, supply, planning, commissioning, formation, trouble Shouting and after-Sales.
Perform successful commissioning of more than 12 projects in 7 different counties.
Supervise, installation and Commissioning for Oil & Gas Company (ZADCO/ADNOC) and their subcontractors with several multicultural partners. Engaged work activities on several Off-shore stations in UAE (ACPT, Central & South Island, Zirku Island, ADYARD).
